QUALIFYING:  Acceptance for tenancy will be based on your credit, adequate and stable income to pay the rent on time, personal and current / former landlord(s) references.

NOTIFY:  When the application has been approved or denied you will be notified immediately.  If your application is denied, legally we cannot disclose the reason(s).  We will give you the phone number of the credit reporting agency so that you may contact them directly for a copy of your credit report.

RENTS AND DEPOSITS:  Initial Rents and Deposits are to be in the form of a Cashiers Check or Money Order.  Rent payments thereafter can be made by personal check.  All applicants must provide a photo proof of identification (i.e. drivers license).  We will retain a copy of this ID for our records and make it a part of your file.

NON-REFUNDABLE APPLICATION FEE:  A non-refundable application fee of $38.00 per adult as well as a current photo ID (copy of drivers license) is required to process this application.
